PokerBROS bomb pots: why everyone posts first
A bomb pot changes the start of the hand. Check its contribution, frequency and game—not just the extra cards.
Is the extra contribution a fee?
PokerBROS’ December 21, 2021 article describes an ante replacing ordinary blinds for the bomb-pot hand. It funds the pot; it does not itself establish a separate service charge. The host chooses frequency and a fixed ante or a random amount within a selected range. Ordinary blinds return between bomb-pot hands, and a countdown shows when the next one is due. DPH has not tested current setup controls.
The documented sequence
Players contribute the bomb-pot ante.
Hole cards are dealt for the selected game.
The ordinary preflop betting round is skipped and the flop is dealt.
Play follows the selected variant and separately enabled board options.

Bomb pot, Double Board and running it twice
A bomb pot changes the hand’s start. Double Board uses two boards from the start; running it more than once repeats the remaining runout after betting ends. The dated PokerBROS article allows bomb pots with Double Board or Run It Multi-Times, but says those two board options cannot both be enabled together.
Can only bomb pots switch from Hold’em to PLO?
That exact automatic switch is unconfirmed. A mixed-game feature or another app’s public request does not establish a current PokerBROS control.
A small arithmetic example
Eight players contributing two units each make 16 units of starting contributions. The invented example sets no actual ante or cash conversion.
