How we review listings

What we check. What we cannot promise.

A correct Club ID is useful. It is not a safety rating. Here is how we check app and club information, explain the gaps and keep a dated source from looking like a live promise.

Show the source, not just a badge

Daily Poker Hub is a directory with advertising, sponsored placement and other disclosed commercial relationships. We explain the source behind a claim, including when the business making it paid for a more prominent position.

We use app and club sources, attributed public reporting, specific confirmations and limited direct checks. Facts that can change keep their source and meaningful check date.

An app policy tells you what the app says. A direct observation tells you what we saw at a stated time. A report tells you what another source says. If sources disagree or a check is old, we say so.

Same name? Check the app.

A club name, an app name and a number in a message can look like all you need. Check which app the number belongs to and whether it identifies the club, a player or something else.

We keep the app, club, host, operator, union and agent separate. The app store identifies software and its publisher. A club source describes that club. An agent page describes the role it claims. A matching name or logo does not prove all those connections.

Use the right source for the question

For an official download, we start with the product site and its matching app-store listing. For a club’s games, we look for the club or operator source. Schedules, restrictions, account rules and support steps stay tied to whoever publishes them.

That keeps a useful detail from becoming a bigger promise. An app supporting Omaha does not mean every club has an Omaha table tonight. A store page opening on your phone does not prove every feature is available where you live.

On a club card, open “Source for this Club ID” next to the number for that claim’s own public reference. Games, schedule and affiliation have separate notes and limits. A missing schedule does not invalidate a supported public ID, and a checked ID does not establish today’s games.

  • Published: the app, club, operator, or agent states the information in its own material.
  • Reported: a named publication or directory provides the information; it is not an operator statement.
  • Confirmed: a reviewed public contact confirms the specific detail, not every claim about the app or club.
  • Observed: Daily Poker Hub checked the stated detail directly. The page identifies the date, device or environment, and limits of that check.

When another site is the source

A public directory or article may help identify a club, its app or a public ID. We match the exact name, value, role, date and source before using it. It remains an attributed report—not something the club told us directly.

Reposting a private invitation does not make it public. Neither does a forwarded message prove who controls a handle. Old, ambiguous or conflicting contact details do not become usable simply because another site lists them.

A supported public fact does not require a call to every operator. A human reviewer may contact a club or agent when that is the practical way to settle a specific conflict or current detail.

Did DPH actually try it?

For editorial app checks, we may open the official site or store listing, install the official app, launch it and record what is visible before an account is required.

These checks do not include creating product accounts or verifying product email addresses or phone numbers. They stop before onboarding, login, post-login navigation, club or room entry, hosting, support contact, purchases or money movement. We can still explain those steps from current, attributed product documentation.

A direct check applies to the recorded device, screen, action and time. It is not a testimonial or proof that every account, region, club or later version behaves the same way. Reading instructions is not the same as testing them.

A Club ID needs more than the right number of digits

We match a public Club ID to the exact club and app. The same identity check applies to a website, email address or other public contact. We publish a club handle or contact link only with an attributed public source for that relationship. Private invitations, room codes and user-specific referral values stay out.

A displayed value must be current, public, unambiguous and suitable to show. Its source may be the responsible entity, a qualified attributed public report or a reviewed factual confirmation. The public Club ID remains the number designated by the club owner. It is not a player or referrer ID.

A handle using the club name does not prove it represents the club. If two sources give different IDs, we explain the mismatch rather than pick one at random. The useful listing can remain while the affected value is unconfirmed; private or mismatched values stay out.

Checked when? That matters.

Download links, device support, contacts, games, schedules and restrictions can change. The relevant check time belongs beside the detail—not just in a fresh year at the top of the page.

A schedule says when a game is planned. A live check says what was listed at one moment. If the check is too old, we show that limitation instead of calling the result live.

Check the app or club, game, source and time together. A table listing does not reserve a seat. When there is no current check, availability is unknown—not automatically empty.

We publish text-based table status from public sources. These feeds do not include private rooms or invitations, player names, avatars, balances or account values.

A source’s publication date is when that source published its statement. A review date is when DPH checked the stated detail. An observation time is when a table, game or event was actually seen. The page’s own edit date is different again. Reading an old post today does not make the club active today, and a rebuild does not renew any of those dates.

Examples of our evidence-limit labels

  • Current sources disagree about this detail, so Daily Poker Hub is not presenting a settled answer.
  • This detail needs a fresh check before it can be presented as current.
  • Daily Poker Hub could not confirm this detail from the sources reviewed.

An anti-bot rule is not a bot-free guarantee

An operator’s policy tells you its rules. Publishing anti-bot or anti-collusion controls does not prove that every table is free from violations.

Reports stay attributed. Restrictions keep their product, feature, location, account and time limits. A suspended account alone does not prove wrongdoing, and a dispute procedure does not tell us how an individual case will end.

We do not roll those different questions into a trust score or a blanket safe, fair, legal or reliable badge.

A better spot is not better evidence

Payment can buy on-site prominence, not a different set of facts. It cannot turn an unchecked detail into a confirmed one, hide a conflict or prove that a club is safe. Paid placement must be clearly labeled where it appears.

Found a wrong detail? Show us.

Send the page link, the detail that looks wrong and a current public source when you have one. You do not need a long report. We check the source before changing a factual claim.

We correct an error or stop presenting that detail as settled while it is checked. Other useful information stays. A changed Daily Pick keeps its correction, withdrawal or replacement history; an old entry does not make an expired join link current again.

Routine updates supported by a clear source may be automated. Conflicting sources, changed identities and sensitive claims need a closer look. An automatic update must not turn a failed fetch into a fact or give an old observation a new check date.

Private messages, account details, player information, credentials, and identity documents are not published.

For a changed Club ID, include the app and full club name, the DPH page, the old displayed number, the proposed new number and the dated public post from the club or responsible operator. Say when you saw the change. An older number may be retained as dated history where useful, but it must not remain the current copyable value after a supported correction.

What we explain—and what we do not arrange

A published app price, club fee or offer can be useful information. We explain it only with the responsible source, its date and relevant conditions. Keep player costs, business software fees and an agent’s claimed compensation separate; they are not one interchangeable percentage.

We do not arrange deposits, chip purchases, withdrawals or cashouts, or publish step-by-step transaction instructions for a named club or person. An explanation is not a promise of winnings, profitability, payment or financial safety. We do not publish private payment records or a public player-complaint archive.

When a price or condition is missing, we say which part is unknown. We do not invent a rate to finish a comparison. A missing fee is not the same as free play.
