Suprema Poker: downloads, clubs and fair play

Suprema supplies poker software and tools for clubs and businesses. Its pages also use names such as Suprema Gaming and Liga, alongside clubs, agents, unions and networks. Those labels describe different roles.

The official site and App Store name SUPREMA PROMOCAO DE EVENTOS LTDA. A Suprema-branded league, an independent club and an agent are not automatically the same business as the app’s seller.

Before you follow someone’s instructions, ask which club they represent and what they can actually do for you. Seeing Suprema’s name on their page does not make them the app’s support team.

Suprema offers official iPhone, Android and Windows downloads for players who want an installed app. Its club model gives a regular group a Club ID for access; joining an existing club and creating your own Home Game are different tasks.

The Apple listing advertises free table creation and optional features bought with diamonds. A host planning several tables should separate that feature cost from the published four-table capacity: capacity does not establish that four games are currently running in a particular club.

Installing Suprema does not tell you which club you meant to join. The product has player, private-club, home-game, agent and network options. A club-management instruction is not automatically a player signup step.

We have not confirmed one entry or approval process that applies to every club. Use the instructions for the exact club and your role. Do not interpret an unanswered club request as an app-wide account ban.

Match the club name, app and public Club ID before using a number from a message. An invitation or agent contact describes a different part of the process; none should be substituted for the Club ID without checking.

For a game with friends, follow Suprema’s published Home Game article linked below. On October 9, 2026, the homepage’s “Find out how” button opened a 404 page; the article still loaded. Its instructions were published on May 28, 2024. We have not tested them in the current app, so its screens and labels may differ.

These are instructions for hosting friends. They do not establish how an independent club approves players, which paid extras you need, or what games are available now. The article’s manual link points to a local development address and cannot serve as a public download. Use the article for this dated setup path.

Current official materials describe these games and formats:

Suprema’s App Store description advertises up to four simultaneous tables on one account. That describes platform capacity, not four active tables in your club, four open seats, or four copies of the game you want.

Check the exact club’s current lobby for the game variant, table state, seats and observation time. For a scheduled tournament, check its date and timezone instead. A picture in an ad or an app-wide feature count cannot fill in missing club-level information; without a current observation, availability stays unknown.

Check your club’s current table list and tournament schedule for the format you want. A game advertised by Suprema is not necessarily offered in every club or available to every account.

The public material reviewed for this guide does not establish a real-money poker service operated by Suprema Poker. An app’s game formats, club tools or virtual chips do not by themselves answer how a separate club or host operates.

Read the official product terms and check the specific club or room separately. DPH’s checks cover public documentation and screens, not private club arrangements.

Suprema’s general rules prohibit bots and automated player actions in Liga Suprema games and tournaments (§5.4). They also prohibit soft play, chip dumping and collusion (§5.2).

For suspected fair-play violations, §5.5 directs players to Security PKR. Its public entry page currently asks for sign-in. We checked that page on October 7, 2026; we did not submit a report or test how a complaint is handled.

Suprema’s Fair Play page says its random dealing passed GLI review in July 2019. That page does not link to a public laboratory report or identify a tested current app build. DPH checked the page on October 11, 2026; this is the publisher’s claim, not a laboratory document we independently reviewed.

The same page describes GPS/IP restrictions with those functions enabled. It does not establish that the restrictions are enabled at your table or that every game is free from collusion. DPH has not tested these controls or gameplay.
