Suprema Poker: Events, leaderboards and account help

Suprema’s public material describes players, clubs, club owners, agents, subagents, unions or networks, leagues, and the software company as separate roles.

Suprema publishes club and table creation, union integration, multitabling, tournament and league programming, account verification, privileged-role controls, and multilingual product claims.

Club-owner features are not player features. The account role, club, version and product determine which controls you can use. A missing administration button is not enough evidence that your installation is broken.

Suprema’s Apple listing describes a free app with in-app purchases. The developer says you can create a private club and create and manage tables for free, with optional diamonds to unlock extra features as the club grows.

If you are hosting friends, start with the free table controls and check the price and purpose of an extra before buying it. The listing does not identify every feature that requires diamonds. These are app features and purchases; they do not establish the terms of a separate club.

Suprema’s official homepage says two-factor authentication is required for club owners, agents, subagents, and home-game operators.

If you hold one of those roles, follow Suprema’s current setup instructions. The published requirement does not tell you whether a particular account has completed setup or whether a contact really holds the role they claim.

Keep the second-factor code to yourself. A club contact does not need your password or one-time code to explain the process.

Suprema publishes Portuguese, Spanish, and English site routes, and the App Store lists a broader language set. The official site also makes a broad international-reach claim.

Support for your language does not mean the product is available where you live. Check the current rules and download availability for your location before creating an account.

The Apple listing rates Suprema Poker 18+, and the published rules exclude minors and describe identity checks.

An app-store age rating is not the whole eligibility check. Read the current operator rules for your location and the type of account you intend to use.

Suprema publishes account, responsible-play, and operational rules. A published restriction or support process does not predict how an individual account or club case will be decided.

First check which leaderboard you are viewing. Suprema’s official Sit & Go page names 6-max and 9-max games, says participation is for verified accounts, and separates Limit Low from Limit Mid. It also lets you choose the current or previous week.

Check your account’s verification state, the selected limit and week, and the rules for the event you played. A missing row is not enough to diagnose a scoring bug. If it still looks wrong, send the event reference and time privately through the official support route. DPH has not verified a missing-points case or an update-time guarantee.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery details, identity documents, account access, private invitations, or control of your device through a club or agent route.

On Suprema’s leaderboard website, Semana atual means the current week; Semana passada means the previous week. Check the selected week and Limit Low or Limit Mid before looking for a result. These are website labels, not a promise that the app uses the same menu.

No number has loaded yet. That is different from a displayed zero or a completed list without your result. Note the selected week and limit, let the page finish loading, and check again before reporting the missing entry. We have not verified an update-time guarantee or a scoring defect.

First match the screen, not just the language. On the public verification website reached from Suprema’s official homepage, Fazer Login means sign in, Usuário means username, and Senha means password. Its language menu includes English. These labels were checked on that website on September 19, 2026; they are not a verified button map for your installed app.

For an app screen that still differs, note your device, app version, selected language and the exact Portuguese label. Send a cropped screenshot of the control through Corrections, with account details removed, and say which step in the guide you were following. Do not guess at an account-deletion, payment or document-upload button from its position or color.

From Suprema’s official homepage, follow Conta verificada, or Verify your account on the English page. The September 19 public check followed that link through Security PKR to Suprema’s verification website. This is a website route, not a tested current in-app approval sequence.

For a rejected submission, keep the exact message, submission date and existing case reference. Ask the verification service which requirement needs correction before sending documents again. DPH has no confirmed rejection diagnosis, retry interval or approval deadline. Suprema publishes contato@suprema.group for general company contact; use it to ask where an account question belongs.

Submit identity documents only through the verified service’s private process. A two-factor sign-in check and identity verification are separate requirements. DPH and club contacts do not need your documents, password or one-time code.

A second sign-in factor and an identity or eligibility check do different jobs. Do not assume completing one satisfies the other. Read the exact request and use the official process for your account role. DPH cannot see your verification state; a club contact does not need your password or one-time code to explain a missing step.

Try: “I played this SNG on this date. I checked the same week and limit, but the result is missing.” Give the event reference and time with timezone through the official support route. Do not publish your account screen or identity documents. Suprema’s site lists contato@suprema.group as a general company contact; that is not a promised account-resolution service.

Daily Poker Hub reviewed the current official Suprema site and English route, published rules, responsible-play material, identity-matched Apple and Google listings, and the separate Security PKR reference used by the product.

We have not confirmed a single account or club-entry process, complete current country availability, every relationship between Suprema-branded businesses and Security PKR, every feature by role, or the live games in a particular club. A September 16 read of the official SNG leaderboard supports the categories and verification requirement above, not a test of scoring or a new full review.

On September 16, we compared the English and Portuguese leaderboard pages for the week labels, loading-state explanation and contact wording. Event times, late-entry rules and individual verification results still need the relevant event or account source; no scoring test was performed.

This review covers public sources. It does not include registration, identity checks, club joins, 2FA setup, agent-role access, tournaments, tables, or gameplay tests.

On September 19, we followed the official verification entry, read its public website labels, and checked the App Store’s four-table claim. We did not sign in, submit documents, inspect a rejected account, or verify current club tables. Earlier source-review dates above still describe their own checks.

On October 2, we re-read the official download links and Apple listing for the free table-creation and diamond-purchase explanation. We did not install the app, create a club or buy diamonds.

On October 9, we checked the public Download APP menu, its Windows, Apple Store, Google Play and APK Android destinations, and the Home Game article. The homepage’s Home Game button returned a 404. We did not install software, sign in or create a Home Game.
