The app guide
Zynga Poker: games, downloads and account help
Play public social poker without a private-club invitation. Zynga’s current mobile listings describe Hold’em and pot-limit Omaha. This guide covers the official routes, account choices and published game rules; the help page covers Buddy, chip and privacy questions.
What makes Zynga Poker unique?
Zynga Poker fits a search for public social poker, Buddy connections or league progression without first finding an independent club. Its current mobile listings include Hold’em and four-card pot-limit Omaha. Check your version’s modes before arranging to meet a friend.
For a private room you control, compare a hosted-game product instead. Joining a Buddy’s table can leave you standing when every seat is occupied; it does not create a private room or reserve a seat.
How do you join Zynga Poker?
Zynga’s help page describes three account types: Facebook, Zynga and mobile Guest. It says a Guest account stays on its device and cannot be used on another one. Do not assume that opening the same game on a new phone brings the guest profile with it.
The help page describes linking a guest with the Facebook button or Create an account for email. Use the official in-game process before discarding the old device or app. This is published guidance, not a DPH test of linking or transfers.
Guest accounts also have a ten-billion-chip wallet limit. Zynga says excess chips are raked from that account. Check the account type before attributing a change to a purchase, a lost hand or a transfer; DPH has not examined your balance.
What games does Zynga Poker offer?
The current Apple and Google Play descriptions include Texas Hold’em and pot-limit Omaha. In the listed Omaha variant, you receive four hole cards. Omaha hands use exactly two hole cards and three community cards; it is not Hold’em with two extra cards you can use in any combination.
Zynga’s product page also describes sit-and-go tournaments, multi-table tournaments and leagues. A sit-and-go and a multi-table tournament describe the format; a league describes competition and progression. None establishes a current seat or schedule for your account.
The Windows Steam listing also names four-card pot-limit Omaha, Pineapple, Burn ’em and Short-Deck Hold’em alongside sit-and-go and multi-table tournaments. These are published mode descriptions, not a check that every event or variant is open on your account. A Windows listing is not evidence that each mode is available in the browser version.
The listings establish published mobile features, not that every mode is available in the web game, every country or every account. Check the mode your version offers. DPH has not played an Omaha hand or tested tournament entry.
How does Zynga Poker separate the app from the game?
Zynga’s poker games use virtual chips. Its mobile listings say the game does not offer real-money gambling or cash winnings from play. A chip balance is not a redeemable cash balance.
This guide compares game access and controls. It does not promote prize campaigns or make claims about what you could earn.
Optional purchases are separate from playing a hand. If an item is missing, use the official purchase-support route with the receipt; DPH cannot inspect or change an account balance.
Are there reports of cheating, and is Zynga Poker rigged?
Zynga’s random-dealing help links to a public Gaming Laboratories International certificate. The certificate names Zynga, Inc., shows an RNG PASS dated May 5, 2022, and states validity through September 30, 2027. The test date and validity date are different. No tested current app build or detailed evaluation report is displayed there.
That certificate is evidence about the stated random-number generator. It does not establish that every current table is bot-free, that no player colludes, or why one hand lost. DPH has not audited current dealing, bot detection or enforcement.
Zynga says it prohibits automated play and does not introduce bots or non-player characters against players. To report suspected conduct, its help describes opening the player’s profile, selecting Report, choosing the relevant category, adding details and submitting. Repetitive play is a report category, not proof by itself that someone is a bot.
Keep the report specific to what happened and use official support. Do not install a program promising free chips, altered dealing or automated play. No player report was submitted for this review.
These sources do not support a blanket verdict that every game is fair or rigged. DPH has not independently tested gameplay; a cheating report and proof of manipulated card dealing are separate matters.

Use the returning-player path on Zynga’s website
Zynga’s Play Now route separates an existing account from a new one. If you are trying to recover an old profile, that choice matters before any sign-in.
Open ZyngaPoker.com and choose Play Now. The public web entry opens the account-choice screen shown below. We rejected optional cookies during this check.
If you have played before, choose Login with existing account. Use the login method tied to your original profile when you continue; creating a new profile is not an account-recovery step.
Create new account is the separate route for a new player. Do not use it simply because an old profile is missing.
If your original login still does not recover the profile, use the account-help section of this guide and Zynga’s support route. The public choice screen alone cannot confirm a balance transfer or successful recovery.

- Public screen checked October 13, 2026: Zynga Poker entry source. We opened Play Now and observed the public account choices. We did not sign in, create a profile, recover an account or play; live-table collection remains outside this walkthrough.
Zynga Poker downloads: mobile, browser, Windows and Plus
For browser play, use ZyngaPoker.com. Zynga says its embedded Facebook game ended September 1, 2026, before the wider platform retired September 30. Facebook sign-in still exists on supported Zynga products. Use your original login rather than creating a new profile to recover an old one.
The standard mobile listings are Apple App Store ID 354902315 and Google Play package com.zynga.livepoker. The reviewed US Apple listing requires iOS 15.0 or later. A listing is not proof that the app is available or works on every device.
For a Windows PC, Zynga links its Steam app 3635220. The current listing has an Install Game control and an August 12, 2025 release date. Its minimum requirements are a 64-bit Windows 10 system, 2 GB RAM, broadband and 300 MB of storage. Zynga’s Steam help says the native version does not support Mac or Steam Deck. That help still includes pre-launch wishlist wording; the current store page establishes the released Windows route. DPH has not installed or played it.
Zynga’s Canvas notice also links an Amazon Appstore listing. The reviewed UK page names Zynga Game Network and ASIN B0069F2RCE. Check its device and regional compatibility in Amazon; seeing a listing does not confirm that every Android or Fire device can install it.
Zynga Poker Plus is a separate Android upgrade. Zynga’s help says it requires Android 8.0 or later and the latest Zynga Poker already installed. It applies the web bonus to eligible offers. Plus is not listed on Google Play; follow Zynga’s official Plus help to its own website. Do not substitute an APK mirror or a file sent in chat. These Plus requirements do not establish the standard Android app’s minimum operating system.
