PokerBROS mixed games: what changes next?

A rotation at one table is different from several games open at once. Read the current variant before acting.

Does mixed mean stud and draw too?

The dated PokerBROS article describes rotating community-card variants with different card counts, limits and boards. It does not establish that every mix includes stud or draw. Read the actual rotation.

When does the game change?

The October 13, 2021 article calls the hand interval Format Change: after that many hands, the table selects the next game from the host’s selected list. The list is set when the table is created; players cannot add games while seated.

Who picks the next game?

Random

The app picks from the table’s selected games.

Sequential

The app follows the selected list in order.

By Dealer

The button player picks; for a block of hands, the FAQ specifies the button at the start of the next hand.

By Winner

The last pot’s winner picks; for a block, use its last pot. The article gives the choice to the bigger stack after an exact split pot.

What if I miss the choice?

The article describes a choice pop-up for By Dealer and By Winner. If its timer expires, the next game is selected randomly. DPH has not tested current prompts, timing or host controls.

The next hand has extra cards

A switch to Omaha changes how your hole cards can be used. High-low or Double Board also changes awards. Felt color alone is not an adequate rule explanation.

Can just the bomb pots use PLO?

That precise switching control is not confirmed by a general mixed-game article. Check the actual host configuration rather than promote a public feature request to a shipped setting.

Straddle or big-blind ante?

A straddle is an extra blind wager under the table’s rules and may change the action. A big-blind ante collects an ante through one position. They are not synonyms. Check amount, posting position and whether a straddle is optional.

Multiple tables are a separate choice

A historical simultaneous-game claim is not a current usability test or the number of variants at one table. DPH has not tested present limits or alerts.
