PokerBROS: HUD rules, controls and support routes

Read the published HUD rules and table-control limits, then use the full troubleshooting guide for Login ID, email and connection problems.

PokerBROS club tools

Club owner, manager, agent, super agent, union: the names describe different jobs. PokerBROS publishes tools for these roles, but an agent is not automatically the app operator. The guide below explains who does what.

Club and table tools

PokerBROS publishes club creation and administration tools, Club IDs and invitations, ring and tournament structures, club and union organization, social interaction through text, voice, and emoji, and a global Gold lobby.

A host, manager and player may see different controls. The app version and game matter too. Before picking a club for one feature, check that your role in that club can actually use it.

Are HUDs allowed on PokerBROS?

Do not treat an in-app statistic as permission to run an external HUD—a heads-up display of player stats. PokerBROS’ terms ban bots, automated play and real-time decision aids, including solvers and equity calculators. They also prohibit collecting player information beyond your own play.

We did not find a tool-by-tool HUD approval list in the terms reviewed. Before running a tracker or converter, ask PokerBROS support about that exact tool and how it works. A vendor’s “compatible” claim is not the app’s permission.

Can I save hands to study later?

Reviewing a finished session is different from getting advice during a live hand. That does not approve every export tool. We have not confirmed an official hand-history export procedure or supported file format. Ask support how to obtain your own records before installing a converter; do not assume it is permitted because it runs after play.

How many tables can I play at once?

PokerBROS’ mixed-game article dated October 13, 2021 describes up to four simultaneous games. That is the dated feature claim we found—not a fresh device test or a guarantee for every current mode.

Four tables on paper and four readable tables on your phone are different things. Check the controls and current limit on your device before adding another game. A mixed-game table changes variants at one table; it is not the same as four games at once.

Can I keep my seat for a quick break?

We have not confirmed one sit-out timer for every PokerBROS table. Check the table’s break and seat rules before you step away. Do not use the timebank or the disconnect-protection period below as a promised seat reservation.

Can I turn off the table clutter?

Yes, some of it. The official FAQ lists avatar, badge, voice, text and emoji switches under the table’s top-left menu, Table Settings. Theme Setting changes the table, cards and buttons. Some options require a VIP Card.

Want the rabbit camera gone too? The reviewed FAQ does not give a rabbit-camera off switch. We have not confirmed a way to hide every animation or keep turn alerts while silencing everything else.

Why can’t we sit together on the same Wi-Fi?

The FAQ describes two table restrictions: GPS can block players within 500 meters, and IP restriction can block accounts sharing an IP address. Two people in one home can therefore hit a table restriction without being the same person.

Check the actual message first; this alone does not establish an account ban. Send support the table and error details if it looks wrong. Do not try to bypass the restriction with a VPN or a false location.

Availability and eligibility

The current PokerBROS terms state that users must be at least 18 and legally eligible to use the product. The terms also contain location exclusions that can change and must be rechecked before creating an account.

An app-store listing or reachable website does not prove that every product feature is available in a particular location.

Login, reset email and connection help

PokerBROS distinguishes your Login ID from your screen name. Password recovery for a Login ID account needs an email already bound to that account; Facebook and Apple accounts use their original sign-in service. The troubleshooting guide below contains the published steps, disconnect limits and support contact.

What Daily Poker Hub checked

Daily Poker Hub reviewed the official product site, current terms, privacy and support material, app help, club-creation material, and identity-matched Apple and Google listings.

We have not confirmed an official Windows or macOS version, one approval process for all clubs, complete current location availability, or live games inside an independent club. The September 11 source check covered joining, virtual items and the Gold Lobby. A September 15 indexed official FAQ check added sign-in and password-reset distinctions; neither was a new full app review.

On September 16, we checked indexed text from the official FAQ and support page for these account and connection answers, and read Apple’s iPhone/iPad recovery guidance. The direct PokerBROS page fetches did not expose the answer text. This was a documentation check, not a password reset, disconnection test or fresh review of every app feature.

A further September 16 documentation check covered tool restrictions in sections 5.3–5.4 of PokerBROS’ Terms of Service, indexed FAQ text on table settings and GPS/IP limits, and the dated mixed-game article. No external HUD, export method, seat timer or device performance was tested. The article’s 2021 date is retained in the multi-table answer.

This review covers public sources. It does not include installation, account creation, club entry, or gameplay tests.
