PokerBROS chips, Diamonds and real-money claims

PokerBROS terms describe virtual-item balances as permission to use items in the service, not real-world money or stored value. Section 4 prohibits selling, trading or exchanging them for money or other value outside the game. A separate club’s claim does not change those terms.

No. The official FAQ gives the balances different jobs. Diamonds buy optional features such as VIP benefits, time-bank cards and emojis, and can buy Gold for the Gold Lobby. Gold is used in Gold Lobby games; it is not a club-chip balance.

Club chips belong to that club and cannot transfer outside it. A member who needs more club chips is directed to the club owner or their agent. Matching numbers in two clubs do not establish a transferable balance, and buying a feature does not establish club approval.

The app is free to download, with optional purchases. Diamonds and VIP features are separate products; free installation does not make them free. Read the exact item and store purchase terms before buying. A club request or approval is a different action.

Use the documented purchase-support answer and keep the receipt private. DPH cannot inspect an account balance, settle a charge or recover an outside club payment.

The explanations are not deposit, transfer or cashout instructions. No club rate, conversion or financial-safety promise has been invented.
