Is PokerBROS legit? App and club are different questions
A real app, an identifiable club and a fair game are different questions. Match the evidence to the claim.
Who publishes the app?
Does a certificate prove this club is safe?
No. A random-number-generator report concerns the software submitted for a particular evaluation. It does not establish how a private club is managed, how players behave, or whether an outside payment arrangement will be honored.
DPH read the iTech and BMM documents on September 19, 2026. The iTech Labs certificate is dated December 31, 2019 and names Beyond Gaming Limited. It describes evaluation of the random-number generator and single-deck shuffling, with limits on what laboratory testing can cover.
The BMM report hosted by PokerBROS is dated May 11, 2020, names Beyond Games Limited and identifies the evaluated product as a Poker RNG. Its report number is BGL.1001.01. The findings apply to that submitted product and stated scope—not every configuration, current app build or club.
The official footer also links to a GLI certificate naming Beyond Games Limited. It lists an RNG PASS dated July 29, 2019 and validity through July 31, 2027. DPH read this certificate on October 11, 2026. The public certificate does not list a tested app build, and the detailed report is not public there.
The test and report dates are not a claim that the app was retested in 2026; the GLI validity date is not a new evaluation date. DPH has not matched a current installed version to these evaluated products. The printed company names are preserved; this page does not establish that Beyond Gaming Limited, Beyond Games Limited and the app operator Thinklean Limited are interchangeable legal entities.
- Documents behind the RNG claims: iTech Labs: Pokerbros RNG certificate dated 31 December 2019; BMM Testlabs: Poker RNG report BGL.1001.01 dated 11 May 2020; GLI: PokerBROS RNG certificate with July 2019 evaluation. Each has its own evaluation scope and date.
Does this establish that PokerBROS is rigged—or safe?
Neither blanket conclusion follows. These reports are relevant evidence about randomness; they do not show that an unlucky hand was manipulated, and they do not guarantee that every opponent or club is trustworthy. Separate a dealing concern from collusion, automation, account access and club administration.
For a dealing concern, keep the hand history, exact cards, game variant, table or hand identifier, time and app version. Check the variant’s card-use rule before reporting the result. Do not post private chats, account credentials or other players’ personal details.

What do the anti-bot rules prove?
PokerBROS’ April 2025 terms distinguish automated play (§5.3) from real-time assistance (§5.4). A bot that takes player actions and a tool that supplies decisions can both violate the rules. Section 5.4 names solvers and equity calculators and also prohibits collecting player information beyond your own play.
Collusion (§5.2) and chip dumping (§5.5) are separate prohibited behaviors. A random-number-generator certificate cannot show that opponents comply with these rules. Record the specific hand, table and incident before drawing a conclusion; DPH has not tested enforcement.
- PokerBROS terms: sections 5.2–5.5. Published collusion, automation, decision-aid and chip-dumping restrictions.
What should I make of Reddit posts and player reports?
Treat a post as a report of an experience, not a verdict on every PokerBROS table. Identify the app, exact club, incident date and what evidence the author actually supplies. Several sites repeating one screenshot are not independent corroboration.
An app fault, a disputed hand and a club-payment complaint need different evidence and different responsible parties. Use the app’s official support for app behavior; send DPH a page link and public evidence when its listing is wrong. DPH cannot decide a club refund.
Can DPH recover a club payment?
DPH is a directory, not the club’s cashier or a refund authority. Report a factual listing error through Corrections. Payment for placement cannot buy a different factual answer.
