How to join a ClubGG club
Use your GGPass sign-in, get the intended club’s ID or member link, and request access. Club membership is separate from a paid product plan.

XAccount, Club ID and joining request
Open the official ClubGG app. Its current help says an existing GGPass sign-in can start ClubGG registration. If you do not have one, register with email or a supported social sign-in; do not create duplicate accounts.
Get the intended club’s six-digit Club ID or a link from one of its members. ClubGG says it does not distribute Club IDs itself. Match the club’s name and app before applying.
If a member referred you, put that member’s Player ID in the designated referral field. Do not substitute it for the Club ID.
Submit the request through the club’s stated process and check its status. The club’s administrator handles its rules, offerings and approval questions.
Before entering a game, check the actual variant, chip units, table rules and event time. Account registration or paid membership does not confirm acceptance or reserve a seat.

I paid. Why am I still waiting?
The paid product describes its own benefits. It does not automatically open every private club. Ask the app about the membership product and the club administrator about its approval queue.
Can all my friends join with me?
Each person has their own account and request. A friend’s acceptance does not establish group approval or reserve seats. Share the club’s public identity, not passwords or an account.
Does applying start a subscription?
A club application and a separately offered paid product are distinct actions. Read the actual confirmation before paying. DPH has not established a subscription triggered by every private-club request.
I applied yesterday. Should I delete it?
A pending state is not proof of a broken installation. A universal cancel-and-reapply sequence or waiting time is not verified. Ask about the existing request before destructive changes.
What should my first message say?
Try: “I applied to this ClubGG club yesterday. My request still shows pending. Is there another approval step?” Include the club and your relevant player identifier privately when required—not a login code.
