Inside ClubGG
ClubGG: Smart HUD, membership and ticket questions
Paid for membership but still waiting for a club? Check what your plan, ticket and club approval each cover, plus PokerCraft and Smart HUD details.
ClubGG club tools
ClubGG supports club creators, club members, and union-oriented administration. The product also publishes business and back-office material for club and union use.
PokerCraft or Smart HUD: which tool do you mean?
PokerCraft is ClubGG’s session-review feature. Keep it separate from Smart HUD, which displays information at the table.
ClubGG’s Smart HUD page says to select a player’s avatar or HUD icon for details. It describes VPIP in club games and public tournaments as the percentage of pre-flop calls or raises. Its opponent HUD statistics use hands played during the session; the page separately describes your own all-time statistics.
Check the hand count and whether you are reading session or all-time information before comparing percentages. DPH read the documentation on September 19, 2026 but did not test the current app or the accuracy of those statistics. A built-in display is not permission to run an unrelated external assistance tool.
Availability and eligibility
The official ClubGG site states that users must be at least 18, be of legal age where they live, and be located in an eligible jurisdiction.
A complete current location list was not confirmed. Check the official terms and download route before creating an account or relying on access.
A reachable store listing or website does not prove that every club, feature, membership, or product tier is available in a particular location.
Is this an account problem or a club request?
Cannot sign in, or can sign in but still cannot enter a club? Those are different problems. ClubGG’s official help center covers account and product questions; the club’s identified administrator handles its membership process.
Start with the exact message and step where you got stuck. Use official support for an account restriction or product problem. Do not assume a pending club request means your app account was banned, or that a published support process promises a particular result.
Do not send a club, agent, or directory your password, one-time code, recovery details, identity documents, account access, or control of your device.
Platinum, WSOP+ Basic or Premium: which one am I buying?
The names do not line up across every ClubGG page. The terms dated June 17, 2026 name WSOP+ Basic and WSOP+ Premium; the referral page still mentions Platinum. Match the offer to the plan shown in your account. Do not assume an older referral reward applies to a differently named membership.
I paid for membership. Why am I still waiting for the club?
Paying for a product membership and getting a private club to accept you are separate steps. First check whether the hold-up is your app account, the membership or that club’s request. Ask the club’s identified administrator about club approval; use app support for the account or subscription. Another payment is not a sensible way to test which step failed.
My ticket expires later. Can I enter this event any time?
No—ticket expiry and event start are different clocks. ClubGG’s August 2026 Road to WSOP Circuit campaign gave its ticket a one-year redemption period from issue. That campaign has ended; its rule is not a deadline for every ticket. Match your ticket to the eligible event, entry conditions and start time before making plans.
Keep three labels separate: the ticket’s redemption expiry, the event’s registration cutoff and the start of play. Preserve the organizer’s stated timezone beside each time; do not assume the ticket date means midnight in your timezone. If the ticket does not name an eligible event or timezone, ask official support about that ticket before arranging the trip.
Does an event seat include the trip?
Do not read a seat as a flight-and-hotel package. The published travel-prize terms put transportation on the player. Check the exact prize description for accommodation and other inclusions; another promotion’s package does not settle yours.
Where do I find the hand I want to review?
ClubGG’s PokerCraft page points to Game History and session selection. Start with the session you played, rather than a club’s current lobby. Hand Moments saves an image of a hand; that is different from exporting a full database. We have not confirmed a bulk CSV procedure or current Smart HUD access.
I can play, but I cannot chat. Is the whole account banned?
Not necessarily. ClubGG’s terms describe separate temporary or permanent chat restrictions. A missing message alone does not establish which restriction, if any, applies. For a game or conduct report, the terms ask for table and hand numbers. Send the relevant details privately, not a public dump of the table’s conversation.
The screen says Access Restricted. What should I send?
ClubGG’s published restriction notice lists support@clubgg.net. Include the exact message, device and where you are trying to use the app. Do not send passwords or login codes. Opening a store page does not override an access restriction, and a VPN is not a fix for eligibility.
The table froze. How do I report the right problem?
Say whether the app will not open, sign-in fails, or one table stops responding. Include the app version, device and time with timezone. Keep any table or hand reference for the private support report. A connection failure is not, by itself, evidence of cheating; restarting is not a promise to keep your seat.
What Daily Poker Hub checked
Daily Poker Hub reviewed the official ClubGG site, About page, terms, privacy material, help center, identity-matched Apple and Google listings, and PokerCraft page. The earlier /smart-hud link returned HTTP 404 on September 6, 2026. The official /smarthud page was readable on September 19 and rechecked on October 5, 2026; it documents avatar and icon controls, VPIP, and session statistics. Those documentation checks do not establish access for every account or independent statistical accuracy.
We have not confirmed all regional restrictions, languages, feature access, club approval steps or live games. Check the specific club and feature you intend to use.
On September 16, we read the membership terms, referral page, PokerCraft help, restriction notice and expired August Circuit campaign for these specific answers. These are source checks, not membership purchases, ticket redemptions or tests of a private club.
This review covers public sources. It does not include account, club, feature, or gameplay tests.
On 3 October 2026 (UTC), we read the current account and club help for the joining instructions. We did not register, apply to a club or test the app screens.
Is my player level the same as the club’s level?
Club level sets the club’s member capacity. ClubGG’s published ladder is: Free, 100 members; Level 1, 250; Level 2, 500; Level 3, 1,000; Level 4, 2,500; Level 5, 5,000; Level 6, 10,000; Level 7, 15,000; Level 8, 20,000; and Level 9, 50,000. These are membership limits, not seats at one table or player-profile levels.
The FAQ says a Club Master or Manager can buy a level through Club Admin → Club Level → Change Club Level. Prices appear in the app. Leaving, being removed from, or disbanding a club does not cancel the subscription; cancellation follows the original purchase platform. We checked the published rules, without buying a level or testing the app.

Can I use my phone and Mac at the same time?
Device compatibility and permission for simultaneous sessions are different questions. A compatible Mac listing does not prove that two active logins, a club roster or an in-progress hand will carry over between devices.
Use the same original sign-in identity and check the current product rules before opening a second session. This review does not confirm a simultaneous-login allowance. Do not create a replacement account or share credentials to work around a session limit.
My message disappeared when the action returned to me
An unsent chat draft is separate from the action at your table. This review does not establish that ClubGG preserves a partially typed message when focus changes, or that it provides a draft-recovery control.
Finish the table action before composing the message again, and check whether the message was actually sent before duplicating it. A lost draft alone does not establish a chat restriction or account ban.
Does a rake-allocation change alter my club arrangement?
ClubGG says Rake Allocation changes how each player’s rake contribution appears in reports, including Client Data Export and Union Back Office. It does not change the total rake generated or its calculation during play. At 0%, reporting follows pot contributions. From 10% to 90%, the selected share is assigned to losing players and the remainder follows all players’ pot contributions. At 100%, losing players receive all recorded rake contribution and winners receive none.
A standalone club controls its setting. In a union, the Union Master Club sets it for all subclubs. This reporting rule does not establish a private club’s payment or reward agreement. If an agreement depends on recorded contribution, compare its stated basis with the allocation setting and reporting period.
