Confirm the app, account and club before applying. A missing club in the wrong product is not a reason to start a replacement account.

Ask for the exact product: PPPoker, PPPoker-USA or another named app.
Use its official download and your own matching account.
Compare the full club name and public Club ID with the owning source.
For NUTS on PPPoker, the operator’s published steps are: select Join in the main lobby, enter Club ID 111777, then select Join again.
For NUTS, open Profile, copy your personal Player ID and send it to the operator through the support contact linked on its site. Another club may use a different approval process.
Check club acceptance separately from a successful app login. Acceptance does not reserve a seat.
Do my friends need approval too?
Each player needs the applicable individual account and club approval. One person’s acceptance does not reserve seats or let the group share an account.
Who handles my request?
Use the contact published by the club you applied to. NUTS and GARAGE publish their own support or manager links on their sites. These contacts handle club applications; they are not PPPoker’s official app-support team.
Do I need a club for global tournaments?
PPPoker’s Diverse Poker Experiences article, published on July 15, 2019 and read again on October 11, 2026, describes Global Tournaments separately from private Club and Union games. That historical distinction does not establish a particular event’s requirements today.
Open the named event’s information in the exact PPPoker product and check its account, registration and deadline conditions. A private Club ID or a friend’s club approval does not register you for that event. If its instructions are unclear, ask the event organizer before applying to a private club as the way in.
I applied yesterday
Keep the pending request distinct from a software error. DPH has not verified a universal retry or waiting period. Ask the club about its actual queue rather than reinstalling or applying through another product.
